1. What do I receive?What do I receive?
✦ Chibi & Anime illustration: 1300x1600pxPNG or JPG file
✦ Emotes & Badges: 500x500px PNG fileAll commissioned illustrations will be delivered through Twitter, Discord, or another agreed platform.2. How do I commission something from you?You can commission me directly through my VGen, Etsy or Fiverr shops, where I have listings ready to order. I'm also open to requests via Instagram or Blue Sky —just send me a message and we can discuss the details!
I work on a first-come, first-served basis, so the start time depends on how many orders are ahead of yours. If you're on a tight schedule, feel free to ask me for an estimated timeline!What I will need from you:
- references for the type of illustration you'd like to commission OR
- a written description with all the details that you want but with at least one reference photo._{Please keep in mind that visual references are super helpful—they make the process smoother and help me capture your vision much more accurately and quickly.}You'll receive updates at each stage of the illustration so we can confirm everything before moving forward.
After the illustrations are completed and approved, the final files (.PNG, .JPG, or another agreed format) will be delivered to you through the chosen platform.

- Original / Fan Characters
- Fan Art
- Feminine & Masculine characters
- Fantasy characters - as long as they maintain a generally human-like form
- Animals (mostly cute and friendly pets, like dogs and cats)I will NOT draw:
- Landscapes / Detailed background
- Nudity - if I am uncomfortable with the idea
- NSFW
- Animals only - debatable*My illustrations are created 100% by me, without the use of AI. I will only use the references that I will receive from you in order to help me get a better picture of what your character should look like.General✦ I retain the right to showcase the artwork in my portfolio / social media unless discussed otherwise;
✦I reserve the right to decline any commission if I feel I won't be able to complete it to the highest quality standards I aim for;
✦ I retain copyright of the commissioned artwork unless discussed prior;Payment & RefundsOn VGen, Etsy and Fiverr, payments will follow the platforms’ own terms and conditions.If you contact me through other platforms (Instagram, Blue Sky, etc.), the following payment conditions apply:
- All payments are made via PayPal only.
- You may request to pay in installments, but the final artwork will only be delivered once full payment has been received.
- Payment must be made either in full upfront, or 50% upfront — I won’t progress past the sketch stage without receiving at least 50%.
- Full refunds are available only if work has not yet begun. If a sketch has been completed, you may request a 50% refund. No refunds are offered once the illustration moves past the sketch stage.
- You’re free to cancel your order as long as I haven’t started working on it and no payment has been made.
- I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time if necessary.
- I reserve the right to decline specific requests about add-ons, or anything that is specified on the Illustration paragraph from “I will draw”.
- I retain records of all communication and payment details for transparency.
- Additional payment are needed if there is both minor to major changes to character designs after the sketch is laid out and agreed between two parties.Revisions✦ You are entitled to one revision included in the base price; any additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
✦ I only accept revisions up to the lineart stage, although this can be discussed.
✦ I do not offer revisions for extensive edits or additions after the project is completed, but exceptions may be considered, usually for an additional fee—unless it’s a recolor or a design error on my part.
✦ Please note that emotes do not guarantee approval on streaming platforms or websites. If your emote is reported or rejected, I will not provide free revisions.
✦ Revisions are allowed, however please do give me artistic freedom. I work best with designs that are aesthetically pleasing and within my comfort zone or skill levels.
✦ Please keep my art style in mind before filling in the form. I will not tolerate changes that required me to trace or recreate someone else's art style. You will be blacklisted from future commissions.Deadlines & Deliveries✦ Certain deadlines may require a rush fee, depending on the size of the order and how soon the deadline is.
✦ Rush orders can incur an additional fee of 50% to 100% of the original commission price.
✦ By default, commissions do not have an immediate deadline unless agreed upon prior to payment.
✦ The estimated turnaround time is 3–4 weeks, though I typically deliver the artwork within 2 weeks.
PS: Please do not tell me to take my time unless you mean it, because I will take my time. Please do be honest with me if you want the commission to finish as soon as possible, and I will arrange my time accordingly for you!Copyright & Usage PolicyUsage and Rights for CommissionsCommissions are for personal use only. You may not use commissioned illustrations for merchandise, resale, or any commercial purposes without prior agreement.
Commercial use requires an additional fee, typically 2 to 3 times the original commission price, and is quoted on a case-by-case basis.
You may print your commission for personal use only, as long as it is not for monetary profit.
Reselling or distributing my artwork without permission is strictly prohibited.
Clients are not allowed to use their personal commissions for commercial purposes or third-party/company collaborations unless explicitly agreed upon.
NFT Use: Clients may not use commissioned artwork for advertising or profit related to non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or cryptocurrency.
AI Use: I do not consent to my artwork being used alongside or for AI purposes.Revisions and EditsCommissions may not be edited by other artists without my permission. If you need revisions, please contact me directly.
You are allowed to have your commissions animated by other artists.Copyright and CreditI retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork.
When your commission is displayed publicly or used commercially, please provide proper credit by linking back to my social media or portfolio.
I do not require a percentage of earnings unless the project is a collaboration involving my branding.✦✦✦
